First time going to TVC. I saw Dr. Corry Scott. He was very nice and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Explained what was going on with my eyes as I age (and I am aging!). Every single person working there was very nice, very professional but not stiff and "clinical". Talked to me like I was a friend. Very nice from the front desk area to the glasses department to Dr. Scott and everyone in between. Very happy I chose them after my previous doctor moved farther away. Thank you TVC for making me feel welcome!

I have challenging insurance. I was extremely upfront from the beginning about it. Felicia called my insurance for approval and got the run around. I called and my husband called insurance to get a fax sent through. Felicia said she’d call back to update. I have called and left messages twice since this whole process started in MAY. They get 2 stars because Felicia was very polite and friendly with me. Follow through is non-existent. I will be looking for a different provider now.

Great first time experience. Michelle, Dr. Cory and the front desk were great. 4 starts better than my last check with Sherwood Eye Clinic!!

The doctor was great however I completely changed my mind about this place when I went to the glasses section with a different employee. I was needing a minute to find what Ray Ban frames had recently bought He gave me about two minutes before he went and help somebody else that had just walked in. This was after I had mentioned I have to leave for work. I won’t be back.

Referred by my daughter when my eye care office closed down. Very friendly staff and environment! They take all the time needed to answer any questions, very helpful in explaining each step of eye exam/testing and what to expect! J Dodson
