I have been successful with keeping my appointments, due to their reminders system. With a busy schedule, I have been able to get in and out. They work with me on times that best work for me. The doctor gave me the most comprehensive eye examine I've ever had. Discussed and explained all of the issues that involved my eyes. Very thorough and polite. Has a great receptionist. She makes you feel comfortable and like part of the family. Office located is very easy to access. Has wide range of products to offer patients! My new glasses look so wonderful!
From the moment you walk through the front door, the friendly, professional staff provide top notch customer service. The office is always clean and comfortable. The doctors are very knowledgeable and make sure any questions are answered and any concerns are addressed in a way you can understand. They are great!
This is a wonderful team of professionals. I stepped on my glasses and had no eye wear or ability to see. I have been struggling for months with insurance issues. Andrea and Rebecca were miraculously able to repair my glasses at no charge to carry me through until I can be seen and get a new pair of glasses. Just love the service and compassion they showed me. I called to make a medical appointment for my husband (Raul Diaz) at the Willows Eye Care. They were able to see my husband that same day. The Doctor, receptionist and nurse were very nice. The receptionist went the extra mile to get my husband in the same day as well as a follow up appointment. My husband got the care he desperately needed the same day I called. We recommend Willows Eye care to everyone.
