As a patient at the E. Bridgewater Signature Healthcare office, this was very convenient. The TLC Eyewear staff was super friendly, helped me figure out exactly which frames my insurance would cover so I didn’t have to pay anything and gave me honest feedback about every frame that I tried on. They also did not hesitate to move things or grab frames for me since I have a wheelchair and a few frames were out of my reach. My glasses were ready a few days earlier than expected and I am very happy with them. I have always hated the process of picking out glasses because where I went previously there was a limited selection and the staff was not helpful, TLC Eyewear made this a much easier and more pleasant experience. The only negative about the entire experience, which is actually on Signature Healthcare not TLC was that getting in/out of the office independently with a wheelchair is challenging as they don’t have an automatic door.
