A heart warming experience from Dr. Reed and staff in the Fredericksburg office. They gave me confidence to drive 1,000 to have them do my upper Blepharoplasty/Ptosis surgery. During the surgery I was able to interact with Dr. and listen to great music. I was totally relaxed. It's only been 5 days since my surgery but I am already feeling and seeing much better! I would give zero stars if it was an option! I just tried to schedule after a referral was sent 4 months ago by a surgeon. Instead of listening to me, the woman on the other end of the phone put me on hold twice and said they dont do surgery like that. I had to re-explain - since she was in such a hurry. And then was asked for the patients last name and told a referral needs to be sent over before I can schedule. She refused to call and verify a referral was already sent and was very rude an dismissive on the phone. Definitely not a place I would trust my children's care!

I had a procedure scheduled to remove a chalazion on my upper eye lid with Dr Blaydon in the Austin office. I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled procedure, only to have the staff tell me the delay was due to the prior patient having anxiety. While I’m waiting in the procedure room the music playing through the speaker was interrupted by whoever had their phone connected scrolling through videos on social media. The staff in the procedure room were talking about far behind they were and how another doctor needed to use the room shortly. This was the third time I’ve had this procedure done. This was the first time the doctor told me the remainder of the chalazion “should drain completely on its own”. It did not. Even after more than 2 weeks of recovery, you would never know the chalazion was “removed”. Easily the most unprofessional medical experience of my life. I should have followed Dr Amato to her new practice. No wonder she left.

Dr. Belinsky is excellent in what she does and highly skilled! Natasha was very good in arranging schedules and returns call promptly! Front office was very nice! Highly recommended and definitely will comeback if needed and will recommend to others!
