I had the very best experience at this office. From the physician to the front desk staff, everyone provided exceptional customer service. The doctor was incredibly informative, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had been seeing the same eye doctor since I was a child, so transitioning to a new office was something I was nervous about. However, the process was so smooth and absolutely worth it. The entire team made me feel welcomed and at ease from the moment I arrived. I also want to recognize Cat and Nat. They are truly amazing, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made my experience even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and a team that truly cares about their patients. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

I hope they read this because I have very mixed feelings about this location. I got my glasses at this location 8yrs ago (thought it was 5yrs, but time sure does fly) so I thought I would come back to this place again and the service I experienced then is NOT the same as I experienced this time around. 8yrs ago, everyone was up-front about everything which I love transparency and things seemed to flow better, didn't feel disjointed. This time, there was lack of communication including, but not limited to listening to what I was asking regarding my frames and lenses, properly checking my insurance coverage only to call me 30min before my appt to tell me I wasn't in-network which was not true and finally figured out by the time I got there; mind you I scheduled this appt 1 month prior. Also lacking full clarity about pricing and I felt the turnaround time to pop in a new pair of lenses on my current frames was a joke. Lenses were ready, nobody is in the waiting room and it takes a week for someone to take them out and put them in!? I don't have time for that nonsense and straight up said that cause I'm leaving town this weekend; so then it magically turned into "we'll have it ready tomorrow." I would have been happy to wait for it to get done, but wasn't given that option. Again, nobody was in the lobby. Medically I don't drive right now so what was supposed to be a one stop situation turned into my father having to go back to that side of town the next day and pick them up. Lenses are great, but they didn't clean my frames like they said they would. I guess I should just be happy I got my new lenses, but it shouldn't have to be that difficult. Having said all of this, the place was very clean, the staff and dr were nice, but the communication and flow of things were lacking. Definitely room for improvement. I found a location that's closer to home that I didn't know was there so I'll be giving that location a try in the future.
Red flags with billing practices!! I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and this was my first visit to this location. My biggest advice is to educate yourself on what your insurance truly covers before you go. The doctor was good, but the billing process was concerning. Despite having a high-premium insurance plan—where my out-of-pocket cost for new glasses is usually very low—they attempted to increase my payment by adding unnecessary copays and adjusting tier levels to make me pay more. When I contacted my insurance representative to clarify, the office rep did not want to speak with my insurance and went on to inform me that they had actually stopped accepting my insurance, i guess a minute after I got my insurance rep on the line lol! Overall, my experience here raised red flags regarding billing transparency.
It was not goo having had mono vision after LASIK but Today’s Vision was amazing. Very personable, friendly and understandable. Dr was great and Ms Cutarina was amazing with front desk and customer service. Go visit if you need help. No one in B county could help me.
Make sure are clearly aware of your insurance benefits before you visit this or any Today's Vision location. For years, I only had to pay copays for exam and contacts order now it is on we are only in network for the exam??? I am done with Today's Vision -all locations. You shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars when you go to the eye doctor if you have insurance. One plus the doctor adjusted my prescription and I now see much better.
