I met my boyfriend at this location to get new glasses. I was immediately greeted and attended to. I waited in the waiting room for a while and saw the staff working in Eye Exams going out of their way to help a patient on hold with her insurance and another who was running late to her appointment. All of the employees were so friendly and kind. When it came time to browse the frames, we were able to take our time without feeling pressured. The guy who checked us out was awesome and he broke down the cost with and without insurance so we could pick our best option. Good people here for sure. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience. Amanda greeted me warmly and the doctor provided me with valuable feedback. Amanda went above and beyond to explain my coverage for glasses and contacts. She even helped me choose my frames based on my preference. I highly recommend!

Dr. Lehmann very good with eye exams. Great communicator. Very clear and understandable. Highly recommend him for eye exams. Buying eyeglasses here could be improved. You are pretty much on your own. Trying to understand eyeglass prices is challenging. It sort of felt like buying a car with all the add ons and the people selling the eyeglasses explain things quickly and they hope you don't ask a lot of questions. They get irritated if you ask questions about how they came-up with final price - especially if insurance is involved. Kind of felt like if you are passive and don't ask questions then you might be overpaying for eyeglasses (especially if you buy more than one pair). But overall, not such a bad experience that warrants a really low rating. Just don't be afraid to ask the eyeglass people to slow down when you ask them to detail the pricing. After all, it is your money.

I love this location! When I switched insurances I came to Visionworks and their staff is amazing. My eye doctor was so nice, he gave me good advice on how to wear my contacts properly, and Amanda helped me fill out my rebate form and send it off after I purchased my contacts. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced!

Between the front desk customer service and doctors timeliness, it was above and beyond. There are not many offices that you can walk into that has that type of customer care, knowledge, and urgency. I sometimes hate being one of the first appts because most offices aren’t “ready” or lack any type of pace to keep things timely. They were so punctual even due to my circumstance where, unfortunately, I did have to bring my 1 year old with me, but the front desk really helped make the appt go as smooth as possible for not only myself, but other customers coming in. Thank you again!
