I'm glad I came in person to order my contacts. Even though they were busy, I was greeted and directed to the right spot. Also, I was given the best customer service when reviewing my order, my prescription checked twice before ordering and was told to come back to them if the order didn't arrive on time. So the staff is great at this Visionworks location.
Easy to make the initial appointment and the appointment was quick and easy. The staff is super friendly and the discounts offered were amazing! I really appreciated my sales man's honesty when I asked which glasses looked good on me. Such a great experience. I will definitely recommend you guys.
Great staff. Friendly & quick. The Dr is always good & thorough. The manager in the glasses section was excellent and helped with the decisions..great advice, too. Priced lower than I expected. I'm happy overall.
Payment needs to be requested upfront or it’s a scam! If you have insurance, make sure you know if they will cover your exam. Checking in was told VSP would cover eye exam only. The receptionist then said my insurance would also cover a medical eye exam. When checking out, was told VSP does not cover medical and they do not bill medical insurance. I liked the staff but having to pay $90 after being told it was covered is negligence. Will not return!
Nice staff unfortunately my experience has been frustrating. Was told that my glasses could be expedited since my situation was urgent. I can not see without my glasses, meaning I can't drive, I can't work, I can't go outside and walk around with my kids. I can't even watch tv... my spare pair of glasses had broke. So I was told "I'll leave a note to expedite the shipment... however standard delivery is up to 14 days." If you can't expedite orders you shouldn't be setting expectations that there's a possibility of that result. I asked again how soon I could get them and the man said I've seen orders come in withing 4 days.... Im going on 8 days now without an update on the shipping. These were expensive due to my poor vision and could've spent my money somewhere that expedited services are actually offered.
