I went in to get my first pair of glasses today, the people there were really nice especially Noemi. She was very patient and explained everything well, she listened to my preferences and had some good suggestions. She was very knowledgable and helped me choose what would best suit me and my needs. 5 stars would recommend!
I have been coming to Dr. Woolverton for the past 4 years, and it has consistently been such a great experience. The entire staff—especially Naya—is incredibly friendly and welcoming every single time I visit. They truly make the process seamless, and I actually look forward to coming in for my annual eye appointments. Highly recommend!
An exceptional experience once again! I have been coming to this location with Dr Woolverton since 2015 and have had smooth sailing every year. Noemi, Jason and Anaya are great staff making the visit that much better also. Highly recommend!
I walked in not knowing what to expect. The staff is great! Anaya and I laughed a lot. She's awesome 👌 The kid who did my eye stuff is really sweet. The Dr is easy to talk to as well. I really like My Eye Dr. I'm definitely going back.
I truly don’t think there is enough space to say how thoroughly impressed I was with Dr. Woolverton’s MyEyeDr location here in Tomball. This was my first time at this location. I was Immediately greeted as I entered the office by Anaya, and Jason informed me of what was needed right away. Kyle took me back for the pre-exams within a couple of minutes, walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. Once I met Dr. Woolverton, it was quite understandable why this facility and staff are so sweet, knowledgable and so willing to help you with all of your seeing needs. He was definitely a breath of fresh air and you can tell they all enjoy doing this line of work. Anaya and I went through what felt like 50 pairs of glasses until I settled on two pairs, she guided me through pricing to ensure I was comfortable with everything and I really felt she understood what I wanted. It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone here and can’t wait to pick up my glasses in a week or so!! Thank you all!!
