Angie was amazing helping pick out my glasses and explained each step in the order process. She was amazing in explaining all the fees and what options i had for my prescription. Even with ordering them right before the Christmas holiday, the glasses got here super fast and they let me know right away when i could pick them up!

I recently bought some glass from Total Optical and they are amazing. Melanie, Angie and Laura did a super job from start to finish. Helping of picking something that would make me confident but also pretty and bring out my personality. Working with my price range as well as being the nicest and sweetest :) I only wish that I could choose more than 5 stars!

This is a wonderful business that provides the best prescription eyewear. I have never had glasses or sunglasses that were such a perfect fit and that I did not have problems with. The staff that I have had contact with; Angie, Melanie and Laura are all knowledgeable, efficient, kind and caring. They are good at finding a frame to fit your face with comfort and fashion. Better yet they know about insurance and how the lens should work with your eyes. These are the best glasses I have ever had! I highly recommend them.

For someone who was very inexperienced with glasses, Keith was very attentive and supportive with assisting me with selecting and purchasing my first pair of glasses. His attention to detail and personable decorum put me at ease, which reduced my anxiety about the whole experience. I would highly recommend Total Optical and Keith for the next time you are looking for eyewear.

My dogs got a hold of my new frames and bent them way out of shape. I thought I was goung to be buying new frames, but Laura very carefully bent them back into shape and saved the day!
