The front office was great and very easy to schedule online. Dr. Mak was great and took time to assess the problem I had and answered all questions. I was seen on Friday afternoon and Dr Mak called on Monday to see if the treatment he prescribed was working. I will follow up with Dr Mak and continue with him with my future optical needs. The environment was very welcoming, comfortable, and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and in great detail, so I never had to ask any questions. They took the time to go over every step, making sure I fully understood the entire process. I truly appreciated their patience and attention to detail.
Office was clean, smelled nice. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait at all. The equipment was clean and the Dr. was very thorough and made sure he looked at everything. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very easy process.
Staff is professional and very friendly, Not only was I graciously allowed a late grace period but was also still greeted and received very kindly. The Doctor was thorough and professional and answered any and all questions I might’ve had. Was assisted in picking out lenses felt like I was shopping with a friend and not rushed out the door.
The whole experience was nice. I was advised of my out-of-pocket expenses, up front. The office staff and assistants were very nice. I’ve been seen Dr. Schneider for about 13years. Very thorough, and a nice, friendly manner.
