Total Vision PC - Carlsbad Plz

I had the most wonderful experience with Total Vision in Carlsbad and cannot recommend them highly enough! I had ordered contact lenses online, but unfortunately, they didn’t arrive in time. My current contacts had become extremely uncomfortable, and I urgently needed to replace them. I reached out to Total Vision, and they were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. They went above and beyond by providing me with two different pairs of contact lenses completely free of charge to help me get by until my order arrived. I was honestly blown away by their generosity and willingness to help. Not only did they respond to my emails incredibly quickly, but the entire staff was so friendly, compassionate, and professional. Their customer service was truly exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for their help and generosity and will absolutely be returning to Total Vision in the future. Thank you so much to the entire Total Vision team for your kindness and outstanding service! You made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate it!

I love total vision!! I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kashak is fanatic and amazing at what she does! Everyone that works here is a ray of sunshine - the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Stacey is the best and goes above and beyond to accommodate me when I’m awaiting last minute contact lens (like always - sorry, Stacey)! This place is the best - if you’re in the Carlsbad area, look no further!!

This particular total vision location is the best in San Diego county. What makes it so great is the manager Stacey. I was having trouble getting my prescriptions corrected that came in wrong from another total vision store and wouldn’t arrive in time for me to leave for an extended trip right before Christmas. I called Stacy and she went above and beyond to help me out. She worked with other members of total vision to get my lenses corrected and delivered to the Carlsbad Plaza location. She even met me at the store on a Sunday so that I would have them for my trip the next morning. Stacy truly cares about her customers and is absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a very positive experience here. Stacey was accommodating and so understanding and she worked with me until she knew I felt comfortable with the progressive prescription. I ended up getting progressive perscription sunglasses too and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I have been going to Total Vision for over 5 years and I'm very surprised that I've never written a review. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. They're always willing to research and get the best deals for our contact lenses and glasses. They're all very professional and clearly explain and understand our vision benefit structure. They will do their utmost to provide excellent customer service; ALL the ladies are Fabulous! Although Dr Stemley is no longer there, we appreciate the new doctors providing excellent service too. We trust Total Vision with our vision care!
