Pier Vision Optometry

Was given wrong prescription and the frames were previously used and reglued. My sons lenses broke after 1 month they popped out. They billed Medicare over 600$ and referred us out to a specialist despite billing insurance fraudulently and giving us glasses previously used out of a drawer. We are without vision. We have astigmatism and they didn't check our eyes properly and refuse to correct their mistake. Will be submitting a fraud claim through insurance as we cannot obtain glasses that are essential for us to see.

I cannot express my gratitude for the Dr. Than and her amazing support. First off, she went over and beyond by squeezing my son in the for an appointment ASAP. Unfortunately he not only broke his glasses, but lost an ear. She did everything to try and fix the glasses so he could go to school and see properly. She is caring, kind, sensitive and all while being extremely professional. I cannot rave enough! She is a true gem and I highly recommend.

I was initially hesitant about visiting the eye doctor, but Dr. Than made the experience incredibly easy and comfortable. Her welcoming staff created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel less like a typical eye exam and more like a visit with friends. I highly recommend Dr. Than and her team to all my friends and family!

This place is a joke! First off, my order got mixed up and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for my glasses. I was not even offered an apology, in fact, upon pickup they were so petty they couldn’t even give me the cleaning cloth I was purchasing as a compliment considering the inconvenience I had to deal with. The worst part is the prescription wasn’t even filled correctly resulting in my glasses not giving me the optimum results. It seems this place was opened on a shoestring budget with little to no experience and one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing.
