Andrews optical is an amazing place to get all your glasses needs. They have a large variety of sunglasses and prescription based frames. They don’t have an in home optometrist so make sure you go somewhere to obtain your up to date prescription, yet they have amazing service and variety. Diane the owner goes above and beyond for her customers. She also has an amazing, loving staff.
Sandra was excellent in providing my wife and I with recommendation and service. OMG! Had to come back and Sandra went extra mile to get my adjustments done right! Other stores may have the frame BUT it's the service that makes it count!
Now this is the place you want to go to!! They were about to close but took me in for an eyeglass repair!! Marisa was so nice and did the job!! So quick cleaned my glasses and now they have a customer and referrals from me for life!’ Thank you!!
The two ladies working there Saturday 23rd July, 2022 were absolutely fantastic. I haven't had such good customer service EVER at a place selling glasses. One lady was the designer buyer, and the other helped me by suggesting frames. They rapidly understand what you're looking for & selected some excellent frames for me. They were very patient with me trying on around 20 pairs! It's not often that people are genuinely helpful when you go shopping but these ladies have excellent taste and are very helpful without being overbearing. They also have a huge selection despite the store looking smaller from the outside. I usually have to go to lots of different stores but this is really a one-stop shop.
This place has been around forever and now I know why! They have the most incredible and beautiful selection! Sandra is the kindest and most patient person! She’ll let you try on so many pairs and will give you an honest opinion! Love!
