Total Vision PC - Chino Hills

Dr. Crum is the best. He is so kind and thorough with his work. One of a kind. But like many have mentioned in the reviews, his staff is something else. I was sold on a one time lens coverage that only lasted a year with the purchase of my glasses. I reached out to them, had to talk to this female manager who could not honor the coverage because I was 4 days late. she was not very nice about it either... like I told her, because of her I have to find a new place.

Dr Crum awesome and a super nice guy. I ordered my glasses with Ricky up front we chatted about mustangs and trucks…he’s also a super cool guy. I did not catch the ladies names but they were super cool too. I wish there was a bonus star button I would give an extra one.

This was my second time going to this office. They made such an impact the first time I had to go back again. The staff is so nice, the one that signs you in and helps you get ready with all the machines is just a joy to talk to. She always has a bubbly attitude, it just makes you feel good whenever she tells you your doing a good job. I'm so happy she was still there. The Doctor is so caring, he remembered me and the last time I visit. He was concerned and wrote me a note that I could take to my eye specialist to get in faster. And he even called me to follow up to see how I was doing and if I got in. That shows how much he cares about his patients. Love this place, thank you Dr. Tran and team.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Total Vision Optometry in Chino Hills and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also had a great selection of glasses so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. But what really set Total Vision Optometry apart for me was their commitment to customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my experience and that I had everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back and if you are in need of a optometrist in the Chino Hills area I would definitely recommend this practice.

The doctor is nice and comfortable to work with. The new sales team were frustrating. Because of a poor frame selection, I settled. Then they called me to say what I chose was not covered. We chose a second option and the next day they called me to say that was not covered. 3x we went back and forth before I gave up on them. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of glasses online, in frames I liked, for the cost of one of their "specials."
