Total Vision PC - Golden San Gabriel

My sister purchased 7 boxes of eye drops for OK lenses from this store. When she was using the sixth box, she experienced strong stinging and irritation in her eye. After checking the packaging, we discovered the eye drops were expired for over ONE YEAR. This is extremely serious, as eyes are very sensitive and important. Selling eye drops that are expired for a full year is unacceptable and unsafe. What’s worse, since we bought 7 boxes, we still don’t know how many of them are expired. We contacted the store by phone to resolve the issue. They only agreed to refund ONE box, which is completely unreasonable. During the call, the phone was disconnected, and after that we could not reach them again, nor did the store ever follow up or contact us. This handling is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I strongly question their product checks and customer service. Please be careful and avoid this store.

Dr. Lillian Voung is great, very professional...explains everything very clearly and kindly. Gave several options bec she said my eyes were ready for cataract surgery even though I came in just for glasses. So she laid out my choices for today, including to do nothing but go to my ophthalmologist and see what they say. I decided to get glasses anyway so Chloe was a big help. She listened to my complaints about the current pair being too heavy and she had a solution. Chloe is very experienced and she chose frames that would look good...and she was patient when I wanted to try more frames. In the end Chloes first pick was the best. Ask for Chloe if you are getting eyeglasses. Also love the 20 percent discount on frames. Thanks Golden!!

Terrible experience. I took my Lindberg glasses to this shop and was charged $20 for a “replacement” nose pad that was clearly not genuine. The quality is very bad, and the ZEISS lenses scratch incredibly easily. Completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

The wait was not too long. After the name was called; they tested your eye with a microscope which you feel like an air blow your eye. A doctor call your name in less than 10 minutes to the office room for exam and explain everything clearly.

William is the best Optician in the biz. He's always able and willing and skilled at adjusting mine and my son's frames. From when I accidentally sit on them, bending the arms out of shape or when my son's nose pads need adjusting, he is simply the best.
