I had recently went to take my grandmother for an eye exam. The service and customer service was very eye-opening. Exam was very thorough and exceptional. My grandmother was very pleased. She in all her years has never seen such beautiful, and lovely ladies who are professionals, devoted to their work and ultimately put customer care and service ahead of themselves. She wanted it to be known she is very thankful to Annelisa,Jessica and the whole office for taking care of her, reassuring her and ultimately addressing her needs ! Thank you for being dedicated to your work in a world that is almost thankless and ultimately unappreciated. Your work and service is utmost recognizable and very very appreciated !

Great service. From the start to the end excellent service. Felt welcomed from the time I entered. They offered water, coffee and some sweets. Doctor was professional and kind during the exam. Had a eye exam and got some designer glasses they were able to get the colored lens I wanted and polarized lens at an affordable price. Highly recommend visiting them for your eye care. They take most insurances. They even offer spa services under one roof quite a unique optometrist office.

I had a great experience bringing my son at this optometry office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful.The optometrist was very thorough during the exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable.

Th Riverside office always gives Exceptional customer experience. Beginning with Annie/Martha in the reception to Czarine and Dr Botrus and finalizing with knowledge and charismatic Jessica. Thank you to the Riverside optometry office you are all amazing.

Thorough eye exam at a fair price their service is given by a highly trained staff . Probably not the cheapest place but I have never left their unhappy .
