I visited the store on Friday at 3:03 (they close at 3 during the summer) . Not only did Sharon happily let me in, she was just LOVELY! Jeff was thankfully still there and fixed my son's glasses on the spot! Thanks again Towne Vision and hope to see you soon!
Adjusted my Sunglasses my daughter has purchased for me on line and made them fit perfectly. Will go there again - they were very accommodating and they weren't even their glasses !!!!!
I have been going to Towne Vision for my glasses for years, and they have always been wonderful. Recently, I had a prescription for a very specific issue, and despite multiple doctor visits and adjustments, it just wasn’t right. Through all of this, Sharon and Gina were absolutely amazing. They were patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. I had at least two lens changes over several months, and not once did they make me feel bad, rushed, or like I was an inconvenience. They handled everything with such compassion and professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for the way they treated me and the effort they put into making sure my glasses were perfect. I highly recommend Towne Vision and will always return for my eyewear. Thank you, Towne Vision—you truly are the best!
Had such a seamless and pleasant experience. Dr. Karim is empathetic, knowledgeable, and personable. The front desk staff were so pleasant. When I called to make an appointment as a new patient they looked up my benefits and told me exactly how much it would cost. Overall a great experience and I’m glad I switched to this practice!
Tom, the owner, provides excellent customer service. He changed my glasses and lenses twice with no problem. First he changed the lenses of my new glasses because I didn’t like the progressive lenses. Second he changed the frame after I used the glasses with the new pair of lenses for a few weeks and realized the temples (arms/legs) weren’t comfortable. I highly recommend this shop. They not only provide great service but also a varied selection of styles.
