I cannot say enough about this company. The entire staff is amazing! Myself and both my daughter’s use this location and have had a great experience all the way around. I would highly recommend giving them a visit.
Dr.Jared did a great job, very knowledgeable, very thorough and patiently address any questions. The staffs are very eager to help customer with smile and show they care. Highly Recommend!
They made me pay $75 for a “contact class” BEFORE informing me that they don’t schedule appointments after 3:00 so I would have to take off work. This is due to their own poor staffing. They told me the sample contacts would be ready in 1 week but it took 4 weeks. When I called to ask about it, they hung up on me. I finally talked to a manager who said it was no problem to schedule after 3, but then I came in when they told me and waited 45 minutes, making me late to pick my kids up from school, and still didn’t get seen. It’s been a nightmare every step of the way. Everyone says SVS is way easier to work with, wish I had gone there instead.
So thankful for this place - I had been having headaches and they were able to identify the root cause and get me into correct lenses. The staff was super helpful and all of the ladies ensured I left with cute frames. Highly recommend!!! Plus they made me feel safe by following all COVID guidelines.
My daughter got a appointment fast ! First time my 3 year old went for a real eye exam! Doctor was so friendly and made her comfortable! She received her glasses within a week ! Definitely recommend them !
