I called in the morning for what I thought might be an emergency with one of my eyes. They squeezed me in for an appointment, which was amazing since I was a new patient as well. When I got to my appointment they called me right back. Every person I came in contact with was very kind. They were also thorough and explained everything! I definitely, recommend Treasure Valley Eyecare
I really like the staff and Dr. Mills. They are all thorough and professional. My appointments have been on various days of the week and the waiting time in the lobby isn't too bad, but once I get into the examination room the wait is at least 20 minutes and more (not counting the wait for dilation drops).I always get the feeling the Dr. Being overwhelmed.
Both Dr. Mills and his optical technicians are FIRST Rate. This is my 5th Optometrist in the Treasure Valley, and the 4 prior were not really interested in making my eyesight clear and comfortable. I am glad my buddy recommended Dr. Mills. I recommend him too!!
Staff was great Dr very personable, knowledgeable as well as informative. She answered all my questions even some I didn't know I had. Will be returning for many years!
Everyone at this location was phenomenal. I really liked how kind everyone was and the Dr was very informative. And Jordan was such a pleasure. She helped me with my prescription and even chose the frames I ultimately ended up picking. This Drs office goes above and beyond with customer service! A true gem!!
