Friendly and helpful office. They work very well together and have their processes very streamlined. Dr. Heiner was very professional and was concerned with providing a quality exam with my vision and health in mind. I'm very pleased to have moved to their office.
My husband and I went to my first appointment with Vision Specialists of Idaho, to talk about cataracts surgery. I was hoping to just get a new prescription for my ever changing eyesight. Not to be, Dr. Heiner explained very thoroughly why I should get cataract surgery done. Dr Heiner was a great listener and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed and his staff were friendly and helpful.
My family Eye Dr is Dr. Heiner at Vision Specialist of Idaho and his team; all of them are very compassionate and knowledgeable and very passionate about their mission. Great Job Team !! Way to go!! Recommended 100% .
As soon as you enter this office you are made to feel very welcome by the staff in the front entrance. Because of my ride accommodations, I ended up being quite early for my appointment. They made sure I was comfortable as I waited for my appointment time. I’m sorry don’t know the name of the person that takes you back to do the preliminary things before the doctor sees you, but she is amazing! She is so kind and caring. She is definitely great at her job! Dr. Heiner is very kind and knowledgeable. My eyes don’t change much and I appreciate that he lets me know this and he does not push purchasing new glasses when I can still use the ones I have. You can tell that he is a great doctor sincerely dedicated to maintaining and/or improving his patients’ eye care. A true professional.
The staff at Vision Specialists of Idaho are wonderful! They are knowledgeable, kind and professional! The environment is both comfortable and welcoming as well. Dr. Heiner is absolutely amazing with not only his knowledge but also the way in which he takes time with his patients and communicates with them. I highly recommend Vision Specialists of Idaho!
