I’ve been coming to this eye clinic since about 2014 and I can honestly say the care here is amazing. Dr. Kate is the best she’s always so kind, patient and really takes the time to make sure my eyes are healthy and that I understand everything. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. My optician Karina is also absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly helpful when it comes to picking out glasses and making sure everything fits perfectly. She always goes above and beyond to help and makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’m really grateful for the care I’ve received here over the years. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great eye doctors.

Talk about unprofessional group of people ever, the doctor talked to me as if it was my first time there and I was 4 years old, I let it slide at first thinking she had just seen a kid but no even after I say something she gets rude and says she isn’t talking to me like a kid as she is singing to me like I’m a child, during the exam she wanted to argue with me about be being able to see the letters on the wall, I couldn’t and she is telling me you gotta squint and strain your eyes to see it I know you can see it, I had enough and asked that she either send someone else in or the apt was over and I would reschedule with someone else, this unprofessional rude doctor proceeded to argue with me about me wanting to reschedule my apt, I put my contacts back in my eyes and walked out of the room and to an area to calm my anxiety down, when I let the office manager know the situation she acted like she understood my frustration but nope they send me an email saying they were dismissing me as a patient and then left their office, they didn’t bother to trust the word of a 10plus year patient. If I could give them a negative star I would, the owners need to do a better job of making sure they have professional staff and protect their patients rights

Dr. Kate is the absolute best eye doctor I've ever been to. While I am currently going through a medical crisis that the side effects have affected my vision, Dr Kate has gone above and beyond to help. She and her staff are friendly and caring. I highly recommend Tri-State Optical.
