Warby Parker - Pinnacle Hills

Truly the most helpful crew of people. I went multiple times to try and decide on frames for glasses and sunglasses. The entire staff helped me decide when I was the only person in store - literally over a dozen frames. When I went back to commit, one of the pairs of sunglasses was discontinued by Warby and the technician told me that she remembered me and how heartbroken she was because of how cute they were on me. Although this is a surface level compliment, the kindness and patience and personal touch each staff member had during my experience made the shopping so convenient and seamless. Thank you!

Awesome experience at Warby Parker! They had an assortment of styles and Micki was extremely helpful helping me find the perfect pair! I was not aware that WP can now file insurance (rather than me doing it and anticipate a refunded amount). She was really patient and helpful! Great place!

The main employee helping me did not just feel like a sales person trying to sell me whatever they can. They asked my preferences and made recommendations. I also decided to try on sunglasses and even had a couple of employees chime in with encouragement on a style that they liked on me when I was trying them on. I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses and two pairs of sunglasses! Checkout was smooth and any kind of question about addons was answered in detail. I recommend this location to anyone! :)

Went with my daughter to the Rogers, AR location to check out frames. Frames are very reasonably priced compared to most places. The associate Allison, was awesome, very helpful with no pressure yet professional and warm. I ended up buying glasses and sunglasses and my daughter bought glasses as well. Averaged about $150-200 a pair.

I am in Arkansas for a few days visiting my parents from out of state and my glasses broke. Unfortunately this was already my back up pair of glasses, lol. I came into the Pinnacle Hills location super stressed out because I fly back home tomorrow night and really need my glasses for my job as an attorney. The staff was AMAZING. Not only did they help me figure out some issues with my prescription and pick out a cute new pair of glasses, they also expedited the shipping to seattle free of charge AND quasi-fixed my broken glasses so that they could hold me over until the new ones arrive. I walked in stressed out and sweaty and left feeling relived with a smile on my face. I would recommend this WP branch to anyone in the NWA area!!! The staff truly went above and beyond. ☺️🩷
