I loved going here. I got my glasses from here as my eye doctor didn't have a lot of selections I liked. For some reason it is hard to find simple black, thick, rectangular frames. The man who checked me out the day I got my glasses was kind and patient. He let me know about a deal I could get, so I even got a second pair of glasses for cheap! When I went back to get my glasses, there was a different employee who adjusted them for me that day, but again, very kind. I'll keep going back here when I need new glasses.

The manager was fantastic and completely turned my experience around. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and help me choose the right glasses. I’m very happy with my glasses and the difference they have made. Unfortunately, my initial experience was very different. I’ve recently experienced a significant and concerning change in my vision, so I came in with a lot of questions about insurance, cash options, lens options, outside frames, etc. The employee did explain things, but when I didn’t understand, and asked follow up questions, It was obvious that she became increasingly irritated with me. Her tone and demeanor made it very clear that my questions were frustrating her. I repeatedly got directed back to a chart that didn’t answer the questions I was actually asking. The biggest difference was when the manager got involved. He answered the same questions in a way that made sense, took the time to make sure I understood my options, and never made me feel like my questions were a burden. I appreciate the manager’s help and I’m very happy with my glasses. I just wish the experience had started that way.

I was mislead or outright lied to on multiple levels. I was told premium progressive lenses were clear with no blue light blocking brown tint. That was incorrect. They added the insurance at $50 per glasses w/out being asked. They did not give me my receipt until I picked my glasses up. When I realized the charge they wanted to send me a check when I paid cash. I was told I could return glasses w/in 30 days. I tried to at one week. I was told sorry, we are out the $300+ for making lenses. So I am stuck with brown tinted lenses, over priced lenses that I hate.

Easy to work with, not a very long wait even on a quite busy Saturday. Had 4 total sets of prescription sunglasses an hour after we bought them, the guy fitting the frames was excellent and clearly very experienced, and the saleswoman we worked with was great. Solid selection. Would return.

I was completely blown away by my experience in this store! The whole crew was so kind and helpful. I haven’t had such amazing customer service in a very long time. The whole group deserves a raise! I purchased a new pair of glasses as well as sunglasses and was out in an hour with both pairs. I will never shop anywhere else for my eye needs. Could not recommend this amazing store more because of its people!! 🙌🏻
