I tried them for the first and last time. The reviews on here make me think they either write their own or have someone they know do it. Thay have the worse customer service, over priced, Hell they dont even give a towel to wipe the glasses here. The lens insurance is a scam go to almost anyone else in the area and it will be free for a year with most insurance companies. If i could give this particular location a negative star I would. Very worse experience I ever had. There are several options in the area that have better glasses and way better customer service.

I was in the store in Rogers last week, there were two gentleman working, 1 a manager. There was no one else in the store. They were rude and unhelpful. He said he would email me the quote and never did. I decided today to order the glasses only to find he had not entered anything into the computer. I guess lenscrafters does not need my $500

I had the most amazing experience at Lenscrafters in the Promenade Mall today! The store manager, Eddison greeted me promptly with a warm welcome. This was the first time using my insurance vision benefits since retiring and had many questions. Eddison pulled up my benefits explaining in detail what my insurance covered based on the right lens to fit my needs. He showed me my lens options on the tablet so I clearly understood what was available for how I use my glasses. I also purchased the Eyewear protection plan that will be a great savings to replace my glasses if I accidently break them for a full year. Eddison is very knowledgeable and professional as well. I also want to say a big thank you to Kramer for putting a screw in my daughter's sunglasses. There was another associate Nora, that sat down and just had a friendly conversation with me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Lenscrafters for all of your vision needs!!!Thank you Eddison for all your help today along with Kramer and Nora. Wishing Eddison, Kramer and Nora a Merry Christmas!!

Very frustrated! Called at 12:01pm and was told I could come pick up contacts and they close at 2. Got there at 1:40 and they were already closed. Went next door and the guy told me they had contacts left and it wasn’t my name but why would you only drop off one persons contacts if you knew you were closing. Also, their website says they close at 7 and I’ve been 2 other times before and it’s always been closed. I also ran into a lady that was trying to get in also. Either fix the hours to make them right or be there when you agree to a time. I would have rushed if I would have known they were closing early. Nice people but are bad with communication and hours.

Nice staff and store however to charge an additional $69 over what is supposed to be 0 copay is crazy! Went else where and got in with no additional cost. Maybe your additional cost should be optional not a have to.
