Dang Eyecare & Associates, PA

I recently went here to get my eyes checked as a walk-in patient. The wait was quite long, I believe 40 minutes. Other patients who came in with appointments likely waited 20 minutes, for anyone wondering. I received an iPad to fill out some information in the lobby, and when I was called for the exam the staff were very kind and professional. They did not make me feel lesser-than in the slightest for something I can't control. I am very grateful.

The entire staff at Dang Eye Care in Rogers are excellent. They make everyone feel comfortable. Once your exam is complete, the doctor ensures you are aware of the outcome and fully understand the diagnosis. I have been using them for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I didn’t have an appointment. It was a very busy holiday weekend. When all the other places were closed, they were open. The got me in. The staff was very courteous, kind, and thorough. I’ll be going there from now on

Updated from 1* to 5* due to the response and efforts of Mrs. Dangs personal contac and efforts to make sure her patients are taken care of! I will be returning July 11th to see a different Dr. and look forward to a much better experience! Original review here ------> Sadly, Dang Eyecare is NOT the sameand I am VERY disappointed! I dont think Dr. Dang would have ever allowed this experience for his patients while he was still practicing! Wish I could go back and still see him personally! I have been a long time patient of Dang Eyecare (probably 12years or so). I saw Dr. Dang himself at the Ft. Smith, AR location initially and when I moved I purposefully verified I could transfer to a location in my new town. My recent appointment was definitely not the same as before. From not processing my dental insurance and instead trying to use my medical even though I told the office who the carrier was and ask if they had that information, to then telling me I would have to pay out of pocket because AGAIN they were trying to process the insurance incorrectly to then not even replying when I sent in the correct information and most importantly the I assume optometrist I saw this day not introducing herself as such or even caring enough to try acknowledging my concerns this was not what I would want my business image to be presented as! Out of respect for Dr. Dang and the trust I have for him I wanted him to be aware of my experience, I contacted customer service and spoke to a fantastic, professional and apologetic lady who I hope is able to convey to Dr. Dang how he is being represented at this location (she said he will be contacted). If it is handled as I hope it will be, he may be able to salvage my families business otherwise I will be looking for a new optometrist immediately.
