Bentonville Eye Care

I love Bentonville Eye Care at Pinnacles. The staff is awesome. She helped me explained all the options for the lens and help me pick out the one that fits my needs. So friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Dr. Pierce is awesome. He is so friendly, listens to the issues you have and helps you with a solution. He gives you options and lets you pick which one works best for you! I would highly recommend this office!! Thank you for all your help. I really appreciated it!! Job very well done!!

I’ve had such a great experience with the new Pinnacle location and their entire staff. They were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, efficient, and welcoming. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

The staff and Dr. Jeff Coats have been so helpful for all the years we have been seeing them, around 7 years. My whole family, 4 members in total, takes an appointment together and I know it would be difficult to get us all through but they have so much patience and are always trying to get the best services done for us. They walk us through the collection they have and always try to get us the best products they have based on our preferences. Definitely the best people we have ever encountered in the medical field!

We’ve had such an amazing experience with Dr. Coates at Bentonville Eye Care that I had to share. Our entire family goes to see him, and every visit has been consistently excellent. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you understand your eye health and feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff is just as wonderful—friendly, organized, and always welcoming. Appointments run smoothly, and they take the time to make sure everything is just right, whether it’s an exam or helping pick out frames. It’s rare to find a place that takes such great care of both adults and kids, but Bentonville Eye Care truly does. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Dr. Coates to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

We found Bentonville eye when we moved here several years ago. Dr. Pierce, Katherine clinic director are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns and needs. They will go above and beyond for their patients to obtain the best care. All of the staff from reception and all of their staff are wonderful. Both my daughter and their families love them as well
