I have 48 years experience with optometrist. This is the best experience yet. The doctor is smart as a whip. Sharp! And the staff especially Kelsey are super helpful. They actually care about your vision and it shows. Not just just a job for these fine folks. They really do treat you very well and truly seem to care. I highly recommend them if you have a difficult prescription like I do. I have now seen this well in many years. I'm so grateful for these very special people helping me. I think you will be glad you have them a try. Hope this helps somebody.

Outstanding visit. Staff was above and beyond. Shout-out for Sarah. I witnessed a elderly lady leaving the office. When Sarah saw the lady was headed to her ride she quickly went to assist. Sarah caught up with the lady at the curb, and just in time. The elderly woman lost her balance and Sarah made it to her just in the nic of time catching the lady and preventing a bad fall. Seldom will staff at a doctor's office go to such trouble. Thank you Sarah, you are truly very special. Dr.Simpson was amazing. Very professional, direct and a great listener. As my first visit to this office I was very pleased with the care provided to me. Amazing team!

The girls on the front desk are just great and very friendly. Very informative, just wished I had more time with the doctor he was very busy. It seemed like but the information from the girls. And then taking the time was great hard to beat. That's hard to come by nowadays

They are very quick and friendly. When it was time to select my new glasses, she was very patient and helpful picking out just the right pair. I didn't feel rushed and felt as though I truly mattered. I would highly recommend!

This has been my Eye Dr. for 3 years now. Dr. Simpson is great and his staff are super friendly & helpful. I've never had a lengthy wait time. Environment is very clean & modern. Never an insurance issue. Ive never dealt with attitude or intense up-selling. They have a great selection of traditional & modern frames.... overall phenomenal experience every year!
