Please do yourself a favor & avoid this place at all cost! I called on a Thursday(urgent appt) being I had relocated & lost my contact lenses. Made appt for Fri. Dues to an home inspector I was 20 mins late I called & they said it was good to come on. Upon arrival to my appointment, I asked how long they thought that maybe it should take being I had to go to work this afternoon. They told me no more than an hour. I assisted the front desk lady and calling my previous eye doctor and getting my prescription from there. Then I sat down and filled out my paperwork had a phone call from my allergy doctor and stepped Outside to take it. I come back in. It’s been over two hours. I go up to the front and there’s a different lady thing who checked me in and I asked how much longer they thought that it might be that I did have to go to work as I had stated when I came in and that I had been there for over two hours The Lady informed me that I am since I took that phone call. I did not have an appointment anymore she put several walk-ins in front of me and then I should’ve stayed off the phone. I asked her why she could not have just motion for me to come over or came and got me that I had explained how important it was. I wasn’t even on the phone for over 13 minutes this had been over two hours. She just told me basically sorry but not sorry you’re not getting your exam today. I came out to my car and said inside of it. I’ve already had one of those days and I have cried my eyes out. I don’t understand why people are so rude and inconsiderate. I mean, I made an appointment. I made them aware that I had to be at work and they just act like I didn’t matter. They didn’t care she didn’t care. She was very very rude to me and I will never be back to this place again please y’all save yourself some sanity do not go there!

At America’s Best, I had a great experience with Tashnique M. who helped me with my eye exam. She was very kind and sweet. Tariq helped me find awesome pairs of glasses and was so sweet, funny, and supportive. They both really made my sister and i’s experience so much better. My doctor, Dr. Skinner, was efficient and helpful. I always come here for my eye exams!
Came in last minute yes I understand the doctor’s gone. I had an old prescription. It was expired couldn’t help. I have three kids. I cannot see without contacts or glasses and they didn’t not care to help. Made a huge mistake by throwing my contacts down the drain. Thought I was cleaning an old contact case and yes I made a mistakes and this is what they’re Job is to do is to help. Did not receive any kind of help
I took my grandson in for an exam. They did a pretty good job. The only problem we had was no frames for him. We were looking for the sports frames but they did have any for kids. Spent 69.99 well 10.00 was the insurance deductible. Their prices seem fair. The place is more geared for adults.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My partner had a 3:20 PM appointment, and by 4:45 PM she still had not been seen by the optometrist. They were clearly overbooking, scheduling multiple people for the same time slot, and the waiting area was packed wall‑to‑wall. Several customers were visibly sick and coughing, which only made the environment more stressful. We tried to wait it out, but the anxiety from the crowding, the noise, and the lack of communication became overwhelming. No updates, no apologies, no sense of organization. Eventually we had to walk out because it was clear we could be sitting there indefinitely. If you value your time, your health, or basic professionalism, look elsewhere. This was one of the worst medical‑related experiences we’ve had.
