Dr. Catherine Tsatmis and her staff are amazing. From the eye exam to the surgical center, this experience has been amazing! Too bad I don’t have another cataract that needs to be removed, but I’ll be back in 6 months for my eye exam! 10 out of 10 stars! I was very pleased with every aspect of this office from the time I checked in until my appointment was completed & future appointments were made. Dr. Tepedino was very thorough with my eye exam & most helpful with options for treatment.
I love my medical facility at Oak Hollow!! I never feel like going is a daunting task. From the front desk all the way to my physicians office, they treat you like a “valued guest” as opposed to a “needy potential headache”. Starting with the front desk, which can sometimes cause confusion because there are two doors in which you can enter the facility, which can often lead people to be unaware of others who have been waiting to be checked in. To eliminate the confusion, they have a sign in sheet that instructed you to have a seat and you will be called in that order. Everyone who works at the front desk is always so pleasant and patient. If you are prepared with your insurance and ID, they expedite getting you checked in. The waiting area is clean, beautiful and well lit. If you arrive in a timely fashion, your appointment will go by super quickly. Tsamis and The contact lens specialist are amazing!! They listen tentatively to your needs and questions. The cohesiveness at this facility makes you feel like a client instead of a patient. Thank you all for making this facility the best experience in healthcare!!
I have been with this practice all my life 56 years and always had the best eye care. I currently have Dr. Tsamis as my doctor who has done cataract surgery on both eyes and now is treating me for glaucoma. This is the best practice I know of a I would highly recommend Dr Tsamis or any of their team of doctors. Shack
This office is professional, quick and well staffed. Waiting time was very short. Everyone was friendly and thorough. Dr Evans is very nice and an excellent doctor.
