Amazing experience overall. The assistant and optometrist are both outstanding, the selection of frames is fantastic, and the cozy interior design truly makes you feel at home.
I tried to contact this office as a new patient, but they rarely answered the phone. After calling multiple times, I eventually received a text saying they were busy and to use the text feature instead. I texted to let them know I was interested in establishing care as a new patient, and they responded that they had availability and that they had found my insurance. At that point, I hadn’t provided any personal or insurance information, so I asked how they were able to access my insurance. Unfortunately, I never received a response after that. This experience was confusing and left me feeling uneasy about communication and transparency. I am surprised the amount of good reviews they have, but my experience as a new patient was disappointing. If they act this was as a new patient, I don’t know how badly they would treat me afterward. Good thing there are plenty options around me.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Gebhard’s since moving to Jacksonville. In addition to routine exams and contact fittings, I’ve had a few more serious issues that needed attention. Through it all Dr Gebhard has been informative and reassuring, explaining everything and answering all questions. I’m confident in the care I receive, and I appreciate the technology available to assist in that care. The office is clean and well appointed, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I’ve never had to wait too long to book an appointment, and they always run on schedule. A pleasure to use Trillium Eye Care!
Amazing Dr. and staff! Everything is modern and clean with the highest technology for eye care. There’s so many selection for designer frames like Gucci, Tom Ford, Saint Laurent and so many more to choose from! I will definitely tell all my family and friend about this place!
