De. Noel is awesome! And the stuff is very helpful!! The ladies in the front desk are always super helpful in picking out glasses and also fixing them later when I got them twisted!!

The doctor is awesome. The facility is nice, but the two women who work the front have very little customer service skills. They seem reserved and aloof. And slightly vapid. Ive gone there three times now and was treated like a dumb old man from Roanoke I guess if youre in Roanoke, you shouldnt go here for your glasses. This place is just for the elite.
They are wonderful! From check in through entire exam they were attentive and helpful. Didn’t order glasses immediately but when I came back they remembered me. Pulled all information up, ran through insurance and had my glasses in less than a week.
I made an appointment to get a prescription update on my glasses. I didn't need a medical appointment, having had one four months ago, just a vision check. I was quoted $75 for the check and new prescription when I called to make the appointment. When I arrived, the gentleman checking me in had trouble finding me in my primary insurance program and couldn't find me at all in my secondary plan. I've never had any issues with either plan, but he was also manually inputting the info rather than scanning it into an EMR system. He also took both insurance cards in the back room and was gone for about five minutes, which is a huge security issue for all involved. Then he told me my primary would only cover medical issues. I told him I knew that and just wanted the $75 exam/new scrip. He said $75 wasn't offered and that my primary charged $20 for a new script. I explained again that I was paying for this myself but had never been charged by my primary to process new prescriptions. I just asked for my cards back and left. This is either front-office incompetence or a bait-and-switch scenario. Either way, this is not an office I'd ever recommend.
I've been going to Dr. Noel for years. He's an amazing doctor and is very informative on your vision status and how age affects your vision (if you care to learn about these things). I would highly recommend his services!
