I had a very poor experience at this location. I was told to bring proof of insurance, which I did, but it was still considered insufficient. I had to call my insurance company in front of the receptionist, and they confirmed my coverage was active, yet I was still refused care. Insurance should have been verified before my appointment. The staff was unhelpful, had unnecessary attitudes, and the manager walked away mid-conversation instead of addressing my concerns. I wasted my time coming here and was never able to see the doctor. I went to a different location afterward and had a much better experience. I would not recommend this location.

They didn’t sign my papers to verify the doctor looking at my eye. That’s 1. I had to go back to send my dad to get my signature. 2. They WROTE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION ON MY PAPERWORK. I’ve had the same prescription for years. And mind you their office was empty. So what is the problem with all these mistakes. Wasting my time and money having to go back. Don’t go. Go somewhere else professional
Poor service; they stress you out. They text me 2 times and told me I can pick my glasses. Reschedule my work and drive for 45 minutes, then they tell me my glasses are NOT ready yet. They have to still put the lenses, wait until they call me again. Don't have time to waste driving to pick up glasses that are not even ready. The receptionist always puts you on hold, rudely. Please hire a more professional receptionist who can treat customers with respect. Maybe they should have some soothing calming music, so they can love their job, or at least sound and act like they love what they doing. Management please train your workers to be more professional, kind and act like they enjoy their job, as if they appreciate they have customers.
I have been taking my grandson here for over 7 years and had great service. The optometrist, Dr Victor Room is exceptional, he diagnosed my grandson eye problem without the hospital specialist information. I heard Judy mentioned a lot and she is the best. Only issue is around the time children go back to school, late July thru August, you can't get appointments immediately. There is an understandable longer wait.
“Assistant Manager” Paola answered the phone and told me I’d have to wait a month to be scheduled. I said that’s fine may I please speak to the manager and she continued to say “She’s going to say the same thing.” I replied that’s fine I rather speak to a manager than a regular employee. She said oh but I’m the assistant manager. I didn’t ask for the assistant I asked for the manager. Said the manger would call back in 30 minutes. Honestly based on the reviews they have it’s all looking to be true. Rude and disrespectful. If the “Assistant manager” spoke to me with such disrespect and seeming not to care I can’t imagine how the manager will be.
