Waiting for an associate to help me but it takes more than 45 minutes and more. Until now the associate for fishing license is not present

I would like to commend a particular person named Derek. He was working/stocking at the children’s department when I approached him asking for help on items that were available to purchase. But I couldn’t find them on the shelf. He took the time to search for the product on his scanner? Luckily, he found 4. Unlike, the other employee who helped me only to tell me; If it’s not hanging there. We don’t have it. But my Walmart App says otherwise. Thank you, Derek! For making the time to help me.

As a frequent online order shopper from this Walmart store located I can honestly say this particular store has major issues with order accuracy. We have used there service once a month or more for the past 2 years and I can not recall a single time they had 100% order accuracy. Even simple things like orange sherbet ice cream they send you rainbow, or lemonade they send you a sugar free version. You would think when they scan an item that is not correct their system would flag the employee to recheck the item for order accuracy. The one thing they do get right is if you take the time to inform them that your order is incorrect they give you a refund for that item but I have to wonder how many people take the time to do that. Maybe that is what they count on us shoppers not doing.

This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Worst walmart i’ve ever been. Went here just to pick up 1 item at pick up parking. Been waiting for more than 15 mins. My husband went out to check and asked one of the staff and said to wait until it’s ready. Time passed by and waited another 15 mins until i decided to check. I asked if someone can help us coz we’ve been waiting for more than 30 mins. The guy asked for the name, I gave him the name went inside and after few seconds he got my order. I don’t know why we had to wait too long just to pick up 1 item. I will never go back to this store ever again.

I needed to buy a few items from this place. The staff is always very friendly and nice to me. They always have what I need. You can have your receipt texted to your phone and they rarely check my receipts when I go shopping here. I've never had an issue shopping here. It has a large parking lot, plenty of parking.
