The TSO Bandera staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, they've been part of my family's medical team for years now. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Perez, she is amazing and always makes me feel at ease when I visit for my routine exams!! All the staff that handles check-ins and walks you through your co-pays is so friendly and great at making you feel welcome. One more thing- I use a different name than what is on my medical documents and the staff is always very respectful and has never made me feel embarrassed for it.

Dr. Victoria Perez at TSO is the first eye doctor who has been able to properly fit me for contact lenses. After years of wearing multifocals, she fit me with Bausch + Lomb Multifocal for Astigmatism contact lenses, and the difference is incredible. My vision is so much clearer, and I can comfortably see both near and far. Dr. Perez is knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to find the right fit for my eyes. Her staff is also very polite, professional, and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Victoria Perez and her team to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and contact lens expertise.

TSO at Bandera is a blessing. They have always applied the highest care when my daughter has an appointment. They have the friendliest staff, as well as Dr. Perez has always been amazing. I always leave their office knowing my daughter was well taken care of. They've always answered all my questions and concerns when it comes to my daughter's eyesight. Highly Recommend. I had to share experience if your looking for someone who is going to help and not only take your money. Last year, my former optometrist provided quick visit, new glasses that were blurry and then recommended I get an 2nd. pair of glasses. So, my family recommend Dr. Victoria Perez. I am a senior person, live outside of SA, blurred wavy line vision. Visit was extremely thorough, personal and resolved. Dr. Perez is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. My issue with wavy, blurred vision was diagnosed, actually explained (on screen) what each procedure performed said about my vision, always asking me if I understood , took her time, did not feel rushed and established profile for next visit and as a senior explained what I need to keep my eyes healthy. Most of all I can see with my new glasses and all within my budget price. Dr. Victoria Perez and her staff go above and beyond and I highly recommend.
