All of the doctors here are wonderful! I’ve most recently worked with Dr. Matthews. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gone here for about 20 years (when it started as TSO) and have never had a bad experience! All staff is excellent!
Dr. Matthews is amazing. He is wonderful with my doctor terrified children and severe brain injured husband. However, repeated issues with front end ordering incorrect lenses, forgetting to ship, and not notifying when items are ready for pickup have led us elsewhere.
From the time I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. They even laughed at my jokes, and that’s saying a lot! Technician was another layer of laughter and kindness. Them the Doctor, Doctor Matthew’s, he even has a great attitude. I would recommend the to any on for eye needs. They found cataracts and since I like to stay close I chose Memorial in Baytown.
I had a very disappointing experience with this optical office. My daughter's appointment seemed very rushed during her fitting for eyeglasses and contacts, even though she was scheduled for this upon making her appointment. To make matters worse, we still returned for other appointments, after ordering glasses and contacts, I did not receive everything that my glasses included! After contacting them, they advised we could return to pick up missing items and upon arrival they informed me that my items were not available, and there was and has been little effort made to resolve the issue. Overall, the service and attention to detail fell far below expectations!
Dr. Matthew’s is the best! The staff here is super. Love everything about the quality of the entire experience.
