I recommend the visit for anyone interested in this kind of content. The place is full of history and offers many interesting insights into the financial market, making the experience quite enriching. One important point: when I visited, I noticed that some reviews include photos of vaults and trading workstations, which can create certain expectations. However, these areas are not accessible to the public and are not part of the museum tour. It’s definitely worth a visit, but it’s best to go in knowing exactly what is included.

Fascinating to view the building shown as Wayne tower in Batman triology! Unfortunately it was not open for visit during weekends, would have loved to know more about history of this beautiful building!
The Chicago Board of Trade Building is one of Chicago's most recognizable Art Deco skyscrapers. The current building was completed in 1930 as the headquarters of the Chicago Board of Trade, one of the world's most important commodities and futures exchanges. It is a symbol of Chicago's role as a global center for agricultural and financial trading. The building is famous for its elegant Art Deco design and its 31-foot-tall statue of Ceres, the Roman goddess of agriculture, which crowns the top of the tower. Madelyn La Salle modeled for sculptor John Storrs when she was 14 years old and served as the model for the Chicago Board of Trade’s famous Ceres statue.
This place is an incredible example of Art Deco design 🏛️✨ and definitely worth taking a closer look. The interior is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful mix of stone, glass, and metal that creates a truly elegant and glamorous atmosphere 💎. I was especially impressed by the artistic details on the elevators and the intricate designs around the ceilings and doorways—they really catch your eye 👀. Surprisingly, the inside is far more impressive than the somewhat plain exterior might suggest 😮. If you’re nearby, don’t miss the chance to step in and explore this hidden gem! 🚶♂️
Free and open to the general public. This place has a cool little museum that’s worth checking out on the history of this amazing building. You don’t need to get tickets or anything, just walk in and start exploring. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in downtown Chicago.
