Ultimate Vision Care

I recently visited Pearle Vision and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly organized and efficient, making the whole process a breeze. Not only were they punctual and kept to our appointment time, but they also made sure to answer all my questions and concerns with such kindness and patience. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire exam, and I felt very comfortable in their care. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful optometrist. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care services! 5 Stars!

This was the weirdest most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever encountered at an eye doctor. Upon arrival Dr. Stovia Brown did not greet my daughter an I at all and her energy was very off. I asked them to cancel my appointment in the middle of doing so because she was so uninterested. I’ve never experienced nothing like it! I chose this Pearle Vision is specific because I saw where they had great reviews and when I called to schedule Mrs. Debbie was extremely pleasant! Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for being so genuine and welcoming over the phone and in person!

Too bad I can't give it 10 stars! Amazing service! After reading the negative reviews, I took a chance on this place because of the location. I was pleasantly surprised the the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The doc was great too. She took the time to answer all my questions. She took her time making sure my prescription was perfect. I did not feel rushed in any way. The whole experience was quick and painless. When I told them about the bad reviews I read, they told me that they just took over the place in November. The people at the frames shop were awesome as well. They were able to get my new glasses ready for me in under an hour. They were very patient when picking out frames. I don't know if they were the cheapest place around, but they were reasonably priced and well worth the money. Quality and speed of service was more important to me than price. Bottom line, this will be the only place my family goes for exams and glasses.

This North Tarrant Pkwy @ Denton Hwy/377 Pearle Vision location has been my yearly go to place for glasses and sunglasses. When I find a honest and caring business I stick with them. The manager Debbie is awesome and has helped me pick out glasses since I started going there about 10 years ago. I wouldn't know where to start without her. She makes sure I get what I need and goes out of her way to make sure I'm happy. I only go 2-3 times a year, but I'm treated like family every time I go. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They don't mind when I drop by to get my frame adjusted or replace a nose piece. I receive the same great treatment as the day I bought my glasses. I have recommended them to Co-workers who are equally as satisfied as I am. They have a drop off for your old prescription lenses and frames to be recycled to donate for someone who needs them. Also if you buy the little spray eyeglass cleaner from them, they will refill your bottle for free.

I just want to say how thankful I am to Debbie here at Pearl Vision for going above and beyond to help me. My daughter was hit in the face with a soccer ball during a game that broke her frames into three pieces. She is basically blind without glasses so we were desperate for a quick replacement. I called to ask if her frames were still in stock and they were not. However, Debbie and the representative scoured the metroplex to find me a pair that I was able to just pop in her existing lenses in less than 24 hours from my call. This is my go to place due to their great service! We are now purchasing an additional sport pair for her. Thanks again!
