I recently visited the Snellville location of Pearle Vision for an eye exam, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The doctor was very kind, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I truly appreciated her patience and caring attitude. I would also like to recognize Salima Rupani, the sales associate, for her outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain my options without being pushy. Her honest recommendations and clear explanations made it easy to choose the right glasses for my needs. What stood out most was how respectfully and warmly everyone treated me. The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I highly recommend the Pearle Vision Snellville location to anyone looking for an eye exam or new glasses. I want to say Thank You to Salima for all her help in helping me find the perfect frames and glasses. Not only did Salima find me the perfect glasses she was very honest with her opinion in what suited my face and the type of lenses I needed for my constant line of work of being on the computer non-stop. Tanisha was awesome at helping my baby girl pick out glasses! She made her feel so special and comfortable. My son came to her 6 years ago and she stills provides the same level of exemplary customer service!

The overall experience was very nice. Salima was extremely helpful. She even helped me narrow down my frame selection and actually picked the frame I ended up going with! Again a great experience with very pleasant staff.

I had a fantastic experience at Pearle Vision in Snellville, GA. Melissa was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. She answered every question I had and took the time to clearly explain the full breakdown of costs associated with my purchase. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Park was wonderful as well! Thorough, friendly, and attentive.
