The communication and compassion across the board can't be beat.....actually worth more than 5 stars. From the docs, to the nurses, care navigators, and the entire UH team....haven't met one single negative person. And the level of care with their procedures are absolutely top tier! Love your "time out safety checks" too.Thank you UH cleveland. You're awesome. I recommend them 100%.

Very grateful to have chosen this hospital. The nurses, PAs and doctors were all extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. They took what was going on with me very seriously and most likely saved my vision. All while handling the chaos that was happening in the ED.

I am a patient of Dr. Spratt / Dr Shoag and receiving radiation treatments here and I cannot say enough about how great your treated by all staff and they go above and beyond to lessen your anxiety. As past and current patient of UH system its worth the hour travel to get this kind of care and cleanliness / Thanks to all

Marissa at Lakeside 50 was SO attentive and kind to patient Aaron Baughman during his week stay there. Nurses give their ALL to a tiring job of taking care of their patients. (I had 10 surgeries, and it was the nurses that made sure I was comfortable.) women like her don’t get enough credit for their devotion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
