Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Calling, getting an appointment, and the actual appointment take long! I called multiple times and was unable to talk to an actual person. I made a contact lense appointment for my daughter which was canceled thru a voicemail (which I still have). I rescheduled the contact lense appointment. They did a regular annual eye appointment and NOTHING with contacts. Told us we'd need to come back which could be months after telling me they only did an annual eye exam. Less than helpful, less than friendly and terrible to get ahold of anyone.

My 16 year old daughter had some female issues and had never had an "adult" exam. They were all very gentle, informative, and kept her comfortable. Due to a maternity leave, we have seen several providers. We really like Dr Laura!

This was the 1st time my 3 year old had an eye exam and all around the staff was amazing. Made both my child, myself, & farther very comfortable. Both the doctor and the assistant who worked with my daughter were very patient and worked very well with her. Thank you for providing such great care and easing a worried mommy's mind! Would definitely recommend to any parent needing exams for their little ones.

My daughter absolutely loved it at UPMC she felt very comfortable/safe. She loved her therapist’s: Brian, Mauve,Ron,and John. Would definitely recommend.
