I’ve been coming here for years, and the kindness of the staff is a big reason why I keep coming back. From the fun banter with the reception team to Dr. Lydia Philip taking a moment to check in with me as a person when I was having a tough day today and feeling frazzled, the care here feels genuinely human. They also consistently go the extra mile to make sure I’m getting the rebate and the best price for my contacts. It’s a place that combines professionalism with real warmth, and I truly appreciate that.

Started going here - super chill but professional. Dr Lydia was both knowledgeable, but friendly. No pressure environment. Strong recommend. Parking is in the middle field side, not the university side, so just know that and you’re good.

Dr. Matthew is superb, and so is her new colleague who adjusted the stem of my glasses (bent by another optical business) perfectly. High fives and gratitude to University Optical!

University Optometry had an amazing frames selection, very helpful front desk personnel, they respect time of the costumers. I had been coming g there for my glasses for many years and always had great experience and costumer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone
