The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, organized, and helpful. She made the whole check-in process smooth and was very polite and welcoming. The doctor was also friendly, thorough, and took the time to carefully check my eyes and answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated the excellent care and customer service!

I came to Urbana Eye Care after cataract surgery to get my new prescription put into my eye glasses. Because I have been visually limited for the past month due to the surgery I was hoping for a quick turn around. Urbana Eye Care was able to expedite the eyeglasses order. They were received in the time frame requested and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommended Urbana Eye Care for your visual needs.
Overall great experience. I had no difficulty getting an appointment. Dr Gan is extremely professional and gave a complete eye exam. Karina was also extremely friendly and helpful with my appointment needs.
Urbana Eye Care has a friendly, very helpful staff. Charles was especially helpful in finding frames and colors that suited my face, and I appreciated his honest, no-pressure advice. You can tell they really take good care of their customers!
