My lens popped out of the frame. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t put them back in. Even though I did not buy my glasses from Pearle vision, Kari, The store manager fixed them for free. If they treat non-paying customers this good, imagine how much better they would treat you if you actually bought your glasses there!

I stopped in to Pearle Vision to have my glasses repaired. Kari was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did she fix the glasses, she also adjusted them to fit me better! I'm happy to recommend Pearle Vision in Ames to all!
I was a new patient going in and I was treated with warmth and kindness. When I had questions about how my insurance worked they were very good at explaining to me what I could get and very helpful by asking all the right questions to make sure I was happy with the frames I picked out! The eye exam was very quick and the doctor was really nice! I was nervous at first since it had been so long since my last eye exam but the doctor's vibes put me at ease.
