Excellent doctors and support staff. While the current offices are smaller, they still provide top notch care. Shout out to Dr Coss and Dr Morgan. They have both worked tirelessly with Jim's rather complicated medical issues!

What an Awful Experience!! New Office was difficult to find. Alot of others said they too had also had a hard time finding New Center & which section of parking lot to use. Many had to circle around more than once before they found UT's New Center for Brain Health. Once in office, I requested a paper map of UT's Campus Buildings & Parking Areas but was informed they didn't have any such Map?? Front Desk staff was kind & helpful. Was told Patients always get a printed copy of Office Visit notes but later after Office Visit was informed by Nursing staff that Dr./PA hadn't signed off so No Copy of Notes was available?? Patients have a Legal Right to request & obtain a hard copy of Office Visit Notes. Campus needs more Signs with Directions & Proper Instructions on Which Parking Lot to use for Which Building. Parking Lots needs better Easy to Spot Markings of ( Sections A- H ??? & Row #'s ). Once Parked, Couldn't fine any Posted Signs?? ** Must Remember to take Parking Ticket Inside. When leaving Must pay for parking @ a Kosi machine located just before Exits as you leave the buildings. A basic letter was mailed out with a tiny map but it didn't include all the other Buildings adjacent to Center. Nor which section was Best to Park in for which Building?? Once parked, had to walk around 2 other buildings before (2) BillBoard Signs just outside & infront of building showed Directions to UT's Center for Brain Health.

Been to location for an initial tour when it opened and for several of the SAMA Recollections programs. The location is confidently located next to the MARC building and the staff are very helpful and considerate.
