Prompt, nice, and warm service from the moment you walk in the door to the actual exam. The doctor was thorough and patient and took the time to answer all my questions.

Well, a few weeks back stopped in to Valley Family optometry to make an appointment since it’s been a few years Learned that the practice has changed hands and was able to meet Dr.Connor while I was there. His energy and excitement definitely was very enrolling in the middle of me thinking I have to find another optometrist. Because of him and Stacey being there I made an appointment and today I am very happy I did. Walking in it was busy and the energy level was amazing. Dr. Connor asked me questions to support what my lifestyle is like and what type of glasses I may be needing based on my progression. The eye exam was very quick, clean and informative. Looking forward to going back next week to shop for some glasses. I love it when the local neighborhood treasure gets passed on!

I visited Valley Family for testing and new glasses and learned that I had very dense cataracts that should be dealt with very soon. Since I had no idea that they even existed I was glad to get the information. They helped me find the best surgeon and have since provided all of the follow up care post surgeries. Everyone in the office is kind, professional and supportive. Drs. Connor and Nataly are both wonderful and could not have provided more excellent service. I very highly recommend them for any optometry needs.
