The clinic needs so much training for their staff regarding HIPPA REGULATIONS. Then they messed up on my prescription and didn't even bother to return my call or followed up with me when I had paid already if I would've not reach out they basically would stole my money. Then to top it off charge me a cancellation fee because I canceled and couldn't go in to appointment sick. They always have new front desk employees and seems they don't communicate nor care at all about their patients. When you ask questions they answer you with an attitude or rolling their eyes looking at each other with a smirk. Instead of providing the right customer service they basically argue with the customer. The lack of respect is astounding and not professional at all, always on their phones eating or having inappropriate conversations. But the worst is they don't follow the Hippa protocol at all. Discussing a patient’s health details in public spaces. Also how a doctor doesn't want to see certain patients etc.....

I am editing my review to add this part and let everyone know that after my review, they called me and said my parent is no longer their patient. Shows instead of listening and soling their issues they just don’t care about you. If there were a zero-star option, I would give it to them. I can clearly see why all of the last 30 reviews are 1 star. • My mom went to the emergency room because she wasn’t feeling well. The emergency doctor prescribed her some medicine that needed to be approved by her Medicaid through her PCP, Dr. Farooqi. I called Valley Clinic, and they said, “We need to see the patient… our next available time is…” — while my mom was still in the emergency room! I asked why, and the receptionist had no answer. She just said, “Umm… we need to see the patient.” In an emergency situation, they refused to request Medicaid approval for the medicine. • They don’t have any kind of patient app or online system to manage your appointments or prescriptions. • They insist on seeing you for every little thing — even for a simple refill request, they say, “We need to see you.” • The receptionists are not professional. • And last but not least, my mom’s PCP is Dr. Farooqi, but we have never seen him — not even once. Every time, there’s a different doctor seeing my mom. I chose this clinic because of their 3.9-star rating, but based on their recent service and reviews, I now understand why their rating is dropping.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I missed my appointment by mistake, and they charged me a $50 fee. I understand that cancellation policies may exist, but when I called to ask for an explanation, no one was able to clearly explain the charge or answer my questions. I expected better customer service and clearer communication. Instead, I was left frustrated and without any meaningful explanation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Very unprofessional staff. Never answers the phone or has some AI robot talking to me. I have been unable to reach anyone for anything. Or to even ask a question. Clearly these offices need to stop serving the public interest because that is the least of thing they do. All they care about is taking your money like many doctors offices. Pathetic what health professionals have become

I have been going to Valley Health Clinic for years. The ladies at the front desk are very kind, and Dr. Tom always listens to me. But Nurse Edith she is wonderful, super attentive and kind. Honestly, I enjoy coming here, and when she takes care of me, she is always willing to listen. Thank you, Edith, for having such a lovely personality and for showing that you truly love your job.
