Amazing experience! The receptionist was kind, bubbly, and took the time to explain my coverage and costs. The doctor was patient, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable with my lens choice. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend.
Dr. Linda was very nice and she explained everything to me. Especially what to do with my dry eyes. Alejandra was also very welcoming and told me step by step what each machine was for. I’m very satisfied with how they took care of me.
I love how easy it is to navigate through the website and schedule an appointment without calling! The team answered my questions even though I’m quite new with glasses. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all, in fact they’re happy to help! I’d definitely come back for an easy, clean, and friendly environment. The doctor also took care of me very well, was very informative and helpful!
What a lovely find tucked away in the planet fitness plaza at San Fernando mission and balbo. It’s quite pretty inside with lots of beautiful choices for eyewear. Every one— from the front desk, optometrist, my daughter and I had Dr. Linda today, to jackie who helped with the glasses—was lovely and beyond expert. I felt cared for in capable hands. Drop in, they do not disappoint!
Absolutely one of the best Offices I've been to. The Staff is professional and personable, and the Optometrist was fantastic. Great Customer Service and good prices. I would highly recommend them
