⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Valley Vision Center! The doctor is absolutely exceptional—knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel heard and cared for. I have complete confidence in the care I receive here and truly cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for my eye care. The entire team is equally wonderful and makes the whole experience feel personal rather than rushed or transactional. A special shoutout to Brooklyn, who was amazing helping me choose my glasses! She was patient, attentive, and somehow knew exactly which frames suited me. I ended up with the perfect pair and absolutely love them. Finding a doctor you completely trust AND a team that makes every visit enjoyable is rare. Valley Vision Center has both, and they have absolutely earned a patient for life! ❤️👓

I had such a great experience at Valley Vision! The entire team was so kind, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Been going to valley vision for over 15 years. My wife and I started when they were elburn. My job was to find a new eye doctor. I called 5 places and they were only one to answer all my questions. Like the fact she knows.about diabetic patient. Dr. Is like family.

Dr. Montalbano is one of the best doctors around. Not only is she a top notch expert, she is passionate about what she does and you can feel it when you’re in the room with her. Her bedside manner is light-hearted and kind. My 8 year old daughter had a small procedure done there today, and Dr. M was so patient with her and kept her calm the whole time. I am full of gratitude for how she treated her. She’s the best!

Poor customer service. I called to book my 1st appointment, I was told that I have to call my insurance myself and verify coverage. When I expressed that I've never had to do this before and I was feeling that this was coming across as poor customer service, the receptionist told me "yeah, well that's subjective". Having worked myself in both medical and dental offices, reception desk interactions can make are break your practice. This is disappointing at best, I will continue to make the drive back to my previous ophthalmologist in Naperville.
