Very personable and though exam. I like that Vani has the ability to take photos of both of my optical nerves to see how they are doing. Customer service is very good. Give'em a try and I think you will be satisfied.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jones. He and the staff were very kind and efficient. Also, my contact eye exam/fitting was only $85 versus the $120 I've paid at my last optometrist. Will definitely be coming back!

What I like most about Dr. Patel, is that he provides you with his recommendation and then lets you decide. No pressure, no selling tactics and no judgement if you don't do what he recommends. His staff is all professional. Friendly and kind.

I have always been impressed with how much good stuff goes on in that tiny little space at the Cumberland Costco! It's a bonus to be able to see the same optometrist for multiple years (you sort of grow older together). The exams are thorough and the feedback on what's going on with your eyes is valuable. It's also nice to know that you can see Dr. Patel with eye problems that are not related directly to your vision (like styes or other intrusive conditions).
