Store was exceptionally clean. Was greeted by a lovely friendly young lady who directed me to the proper place I needed to be. Found glasses and Piper who waited on me was professional, happy to help me and I felt great being there. Price was very good, definitely recommend this location to my neighbors. Thank you.

I had a great experience at the Pine Island Visionworks at Cape Coral Commons. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of frames and prices for every budget. This will be my go-to store for my eyeglass needs. Shout out to Mario for fixing my old glasses so I have a spare pair! You made my day!

My 3rd trip back to this store in attempts to get the right lens correct on my glasses. The doctor was rude, the older lady at the front desk was rude. I will not go back to this place. I am in a customer service business, and this is not how you treat people. I would give them a zero rating if there was one.

I would be happy to recommend them to others for their friendly staff, and thorough exam from Dr. Martinez and nurse who did the pre-exam. The selection of frames was plentiful and was organized by price range. Thank you for the awesome service and making me welcome and comfortable from the first time walking in the door until I left.

I wanted to give this place another chance because the doctor and her staff were very friendly during my previous visit, but the experience at the front desk was disappointing. I visited on July 23rd at 10 AM when they opened. The heavyset lady at the front didn’t arrive until 15 minutes after opening. A young Spanish guy was assisting another customer and seemed friendly, so I had to wait for him to become available or for someone else to help me. However, the heavyset lady acted annoyed when she finally arrived. While trying on different pairs of glasses, she managed to remove the tinted lenses from other frames. However, when I asked to see the Ray-Ban frames without the lenses, she said no; they were Ray-Bans. I'm not sure if that's true, especially since she was able to take the lenses off other glasses. I wanted to buy two pairs of glasses and contacts, but she told me they would be more expensive because they were Oakleys and Ray-Bans. When I asked about the price difference, she used the word "again" in a condescending tone as if she was upset that I was asking questions. She did not clearly explain anything, and her response was unnecessary. If a customer doesn't understand something, it does not give her the right to speak to people that way. She needs customer service training. Since I live in Cape Coral, I didn't want to go to Fort Myers. Unfortunately, I will take my business to LensCrafters, where at least they were friendly and helpful.
